Shipping Coverage
We ship to residential and business addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations. Perishable items may be restricted to specific delivery zones.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends begin processing the next business day.

Cold Chain Shipping
Perishable items are packed with insulation and gel packs. They ship Monday–Wednesday only. A signature may be required. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by missed deliveries.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Contact us at info@cheapsupplymarkets.shop if you do not receive tracking within 48 hours of shipment.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the carrier will make up to 3 attempts. Return shipping and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
